Cheese Fondue

This is my favourite fondue, and very simple to make.

Peel the garlic and rub into the inside of the fondue. Chop all of the cheese into small chunks and place in the fondue. This is to allow the cheese to melt quicker. Place the fondue onto the cooker (hob) and heat the cheese gently. Once it has begun to melt add the wine and stir in the cornflour. Once all the cheese has melted transfer the fondue to the fondue burner.

All that is left to do is tear chunks of bread and dip into the cheese using the fondue forks, and eat with the charcuterie!
