Chicken & Cheese

This recipe was suggested to me by someone at work, and I decided to add the Boursin. Serves 2.

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts
• 2 slices of bacon
• Some garlic and herb Boursin
• 2 handfuls of grated cheddar cheese
• New potatoes

Cooking Instructions:

Make an incision in the chicken breasts and insert a knob of the Boursin. Wrap the bacon slice around the chicken breast and place the meat in a small oven proof pot of similar size to the chicken breast. Cover the chicken with the grated cheese. Cook in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Wash and boil some new potatoes.

This can be quite a greasy meal as grease comes out from the cheese and the bacon too, but if you only have it once in a while I don't think it can be too bad for you!
